She is an internationally trained ceramic artist who is enthusiastic to share her passion with fellow potters! DIY Pottery studio is founded based on her extensive experience working in London’s vibrant ceramic community. She initially worked as a studio technician at Turning Earth (London) following which she conducted several live demonstrations and led numerous workshops and classes.

Following her return to India, she worked as a teacher with renowned potter Rekha Goyal. Her journey reflects a commitment to nurturing creativity and building an inclusive space for fellow potters.

Dr Akanksha is also a trained physician in emergency medicine having done her under-graduate as well as post-graduate training in Mumbai.
