Refund and Cancellation Policy

Courses

All course fees are non-refundable.

Each course has a fixed schedule of lessons, with dates listed on our website.

It is not possible to substitute, reschedule, or partially refund missed lessons due to circumstances outside of our control. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)

If we need to cancel a lesson, it will be rescheduled to a different date.

Cancelling Course Bookings

Course fees are non-refundable once a course is sold out or has already started.

Please ensure you can commit to the full course before booking.

If you are unable to attend, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but refunds are only possible if another person takes over your place.

Missing Lessons

Courses are designed as structured, progressive steps.

It is essential to attend all scheduled sessions.

Missed lessons cannot be rescheduled or replaced, as we do not hold spare slots.

 

 

Studio Memberships

Membership fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable.

Fees cannot be refunded or partially refunded for membership periods that have already expired or are set to expire in the future.

Pay Monthly memberships can be cancelled by giving at least 1 month’s notice before the billing date.

If cancellation is requested before the minimum contract period has expired, an early cancellation fee of Rs 3500 will apply
